Chase partnered with PRA Events to create a Sapphire Business Lounge experience designed to feel like a premium airport lounge inside a major conference setting.

The client requested a four-bar setup within a fully custom-built lounge station. We worked closely with the production team to provide technical specs for plumbing, power, and layout requirements to ensure the espresso equipment integrated seamlessly into the custom bar build.

This project involved multiple Zoom meetings, a prep day onsite, detailed equipment coordination, and alignment on brand presentation — including custom aprons and uniform standards to match the Sapphire aesthetic.

What We Provided

Over the course of the all-day conference, our five-person team served more than 1,000 handcrafted drinks with speed and consistency.

The unlimited espresso bar featured Americanos, cappuccinos, espresso, hot and iced signature flavored lattes, and matcha lattes — all executed at high volume without sacrificing presentation or guest experience.

The result: a fully branded, premium lounge environment for Chase and the conference attendees that operated smoothly from start to finish.
