This service is ideal for fast-paced events where quick service is the goal! Go from 60 drinks an hour to 300+ with a single tap cart! We truly can increase speed and pour 1000 drinks/hour if you reserve multiple carts.

If you are planning a wellness activation, this is the service for you! We provide ceremonial grade-A matcha lattes and can serve with nondairy milk, housemade syrups, and hot or iced. You can book a matcha-only service either with our espresso machine to steam hot lattes, or have two types of matcha lattes kegged for fast service. We are the only Chicago drink provider offering matcha on tap. Don't sleep on it!

We can partner with you and bring signature matcha lattes on tap, a mobile espresso bar, a cold brew tap bar, or an affogato bar. The service options are meant to fit into your special day.
Transform our mobile cart with a full vinyl branded cart wrap, branded cups, edible ink custom drink printing, and a fully customizable awning. Dream it up, and we'll create it for you.
That means you can trust if we've have an issue, we know how to diagnose and fix it. Novel mobile coffee carts have yet to see the issues that can happen and problem-solve on-site. We have worked out the kinks, and created a hassle-free service.

We had North Village serve an espresso bar after our wedding dinner at Abloom Farm. From start to finish everything was perfect. We communicated via email with Ed who was knowledgeable about our venue and how to set everything up and his carts placement. His team was there on time and prepared drinks quickly and the quality was amazing. The syrups were so unique and delicious and the coffee was strong and perfect. It was easily the biggest hit of our wedding night. Our guests could not stop talking about it. I would recommend North Village to any coffee lover looking to do something unique and special for their wedding day.

HITS OF THE NIGHT
We had North Village Coffee do a late-night coffee bar at our wedding in the Madison area, and it was one of the biggest hits of the night.
Multiple guests came up to us throughout the evening to tell us how good the coffee was, which says a lot considering everything else going on at a wedding. It was such a fun addition and gave people a great option to recharge and keep celebrating.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD
When I say this coffee cart was THE highlight of the cocktail hour for our wedding guests, I mean it! Would highly recommend booking their services for any of your event needs. Ed & Marci were great to communicate with in the planning process, brought a warm & welcoming presence to all of our guests, and provided delicious coffee. My husband is from New Zealand, and the country has a strong coffee/cafe culture - and many guests said that their favorite flat white they had during their time in America was from North Village Coffee. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

WHAT COMES IN MY PACKAGE?
Our standard service includes setup/takedown, travel, barista service, event planning, and a signature drink package. If you book our mobile espresso bar service, you will receive a housmade syrup selection, seasonal flavor options, whole milk and nondairy milk, hot and iced options, all espresso drinks, and a premium tea (chai, matcha, or iced tea).

HOW MANY DRINKS CAN YOU SERVE AT our Event??
We're built for high-volume conference events — up to 1,000 drinks per hour with our mobile espresso bars and tap carts, and multiple thousand cups across a full day. Perfect for expos, festival crowds and large office activations.
You can book one or all six carts depending on your event needs!

Absolutely. Once you send over the requirements, are team will turn one over in less than 24 hours.
Once booked, we handle the rest from load-in logistics, loading dock scheduling, internal details and more.
All you have to do is hit "book now" and we make the rest easy for you.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR SETUP?
We ask for one 15 amp or greater electrical circuit per cart setup.
All our plumbing is contained internally within our carts, so no need for a water hookup. For space, we ask for a 6x6 sq ft area per mobile cart setup.
It's really as simple as plug-in and go!
