ABOUT THE EVENT
Employee engagement company Stride Connect hired North Village Coffee to bring a guerrilla marketing activation to life for their client, Abridge, during a medical conference in Madison, Wisconsin.
Instead of waiting for guests at the venue, we went to them. Our team pulled up outside two Madison hotels where conference attendees were staying. While guests waited for their shuttle, they could stop for a handcrafted drink or grab a bottled latte to go.
With early 6-8 AM service windows, the activation was built for speed and a seamless morning routine, planned for 500 guests across two days.

Full brand takeover: wrapped cart, awning, cups, and bottled lattes
Live logo printing on drinks
Every touchpoint carried the Abridge brand. We outfitted the cart with a full custom wrap and a black-and-white patterned branded awning, served drinks in custom branded cups, and offered branded bottled lattes for guests on the move. Our live logo printer put the Abridge logo directly on drinks, so every guest walked away holding the brand.

MEETING GUESTS WHERE THEY ARE
HIGH-IMPACT SERVICE, AT THE CURB
2 hotels, 2 mornings. Our team met conference guests right where they were staying, with a branded cart impossible to miss.
Bottled lattes let guests grab a drink and keep moving to catch the shuttle, with no line slowing down a tight morning schedule.
The cups did double duty. On day one, a QR code on each cup invited guests to an Abridge after party. On day two, the QR code pointed to the Abridge website, turning a quick coffee stop into a measurable next step.
