With just over a week to plan, North Village Coffee was brought in by Roblox to execute a three-day activation series across four downtown Chicago office locations.
The goal was to create a consistent, branded coffee experience that could travel between offices while supporting Roblox’s outreach to media and advertising partners.
We developed a fully branded setup — including a custom-wrapped cart, branded cups, and on-drink visuals using our Ripples system — ensuring every interaction reinforced the brand.

The menu included grade A matcha, signature lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew — giving guests a mix of elevated options while keeping service efficient across multiple office environments.
The result was a clean, branded activation that moved seamlessly between locations and supported meaningful in-person connections with partners.
