ABOUT THE EVENT
Sorel Footwear teamed up with Bodyrok and Cosmopolitan for a campus tour built around fitness, community, and a great drink. North Village Coffee was hired to bring the beverage experience to three university cities: Iowa State, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Minnesota.
Each stop was a collaboration with sororities on campus, pairing a sponsored pilates class with a complimentary drink afterward. Guests could choose cold brew or matcha on tap, served from a fully branded Sorel cart.
With three stops in just 10 days, the activation called for tight logistics, a travel-ready setup, and a consistent experience at every campus.

CAMPUS ACTIVATIONS, DONE ON A TOUR SCHEDULe
Three universities in 10 days meant packing up, traveling, and setting up again without losing quality. The team delivered the same polished experience at each stop, from Iowa to Wisconsin to Minnesota.
For a post-workout crowd, we kept the menu fresh and fast: cold brew or matcha, poured on tap. The tap cart setup meant no wait after class let out, even when a whole group of guests lined up at once.
